Varieties: Comes from the oldest Xarel·lo and Macabeo vineyards.
Manual harvesting and vinification, production and ageing entirely in Recaredo. The long ageing process takes place in bottles with natural corks, disgorging is done manually and without freezing, and no sugar from the expedition is added.
