Young white wine
White Grenache, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
Pale yellow colour with green hues, aromas of apple and banana, and some citrus notes. In the mouth it is pleasant and round, with good acidity.
We recommend accompanying with:
Halibut, hummus, cream cheese and salted peanuts.
