Varieties: Tempranillo, Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano.
It is aged for 26 months in barrels made from oak selected in the cooperage itself. Before bottling, it is clarified with egg white.
It pairs well with white meats, roast lamb, roast pork, peppered entrecote, meat stews and wild mushrooms.
