This reserve wine has been aged for a year and a half in new and semi-new American oak barrels for a balanced period, followed by two years in the bottle.
It is made with the Tempranillo, Graciano, Mazuelo and Garnacha varieties and is a very versatile wine when it comes to choosing the pairing, ranging from a hake loin or a stew to creamy rice dishes or a selection of cheeses.
