A liqueur made from small, intense, sweet and fragrant yellow plums, distilled mainly in eastern France and especially in Lorraine. With a double distillation using stills and stabilised in water vapour, a very aromatic and delicate natural plum brandy is produced, ideal for taking as a digestive drink.
