IBZ Gin is produced with a base of cereal alcohol and 100% Ibizan botanicals, with juniper as the main ingredient, as expected, accompanied by rosemary, thyme and citrus peels such as lemon and orange. A Mediterranean gin with a smooth character thanks to its low alcohol content.
