
Natural sweet wine made by adding wine alcohol to the middle of fermentation and subsequent oxidative aging in wooden tanks of diverse origin and capacity and with a solera of more than 50 years.
CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE
Between 12ºC and 14ºC.
TASTING NOTES
It is a wine with an intense amber colour with greenish and old gold reflections. It has a complex and intense aroma of candied fruit and notes of dried fruit and confectionery. On the palate it has a balanced sweetness. It is intense on the palate and has a long persistence that makes it a unique and exclusive wine.

Desserts, vanilla ice cream, cakes and pies. Cheeses.
