Malolactic fermentation: 100%.
Aged in barrels for 12 months (70% in French oak)
30% in American oak).
Deep red color with violet reflections. Floral aroma of violets, with
fruity notes of plum. Reminiscent of chocolate, tobacco and
vanilla. On the palate it is fruity, pleasant, balanced, with good volume,
rich acidity and long finish. Elegant.
