More than 30 herbs and spices are used in its preparation, including rhubarb, myrrh, saffron, chamomile, cardamom and oregano.
These spices are macerated in wine alcohol and then mixed with the most exquisite mint oil to give it that characteristic freshness.
Finally, the Fernet is left to mature for 12 months in Slovenian oak barrels.
