Winemaking: Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes. Maceration with skin and stems for 7 days, subsequent bleeding and fermentation 50% in amphora and 50% in stainless steel.
Fermentation: spontaneous (native yeast)
Breeding: Refining in chestnut barrels for 2.5 months
Fermentation vessel: 70% amphora, 30% stainless steel
Unfiltered, total sulfites: 8 mg/l
Alcohol content: 12.5%
