Origin: Penedès
Ancestral Confiscat comes from a vineyard that is about 50 years old. These are old vines that have been cultivated organically, without the use of pesticides, herbicides or any chemical product that could harm the environment. None of the vineyards are irrigated and the harvest is carried out manually in 18 kg boxes.
This wine expresses the Xarel lo variety in its sparkling version in an honest and natural way.
