
Red wine from Castilla y León, aged in French and American oak barrels for approximately 16 to 22 months.
Varieties: Cabernet-Tempranillo and Syrah
- Cherry-garnet colour.
- On the nose, very expressive aromas where the wood stands out over the fruit such as blackberry, plum or raspberry.
- On the palate it is smooth and pleasant. The tannins are ripe and its acidity enhances its persistent finish where notes of ripe red fruit stand out.
We recommend taking it with: fish, poultry, meat, Iberian sausages and cured cheeses.
