
Golden in colour and slow to shed tears. The nose is complex, with aromas of quince, a prominent presence of honey with citrus touches, hints of ripe stone fruit (apricot, peach), syrup (pineapple) and a balsamic touch. On the palate, the notes of stone fruit return, in a smooth wine with a good balance between freshness and sweetness. It goes well with dishes based on pâté or foie, semi-cured and soft cheeses and dishes with a salty touch. Perfect companion for desserts with a citrus or lactic touch, based on vanilla or white or stone fruit.
