
Vi de Nous is a sweet liqueur.
The production process is based on macerating the green beans in black wine (the two main ingredients). At this time I macerated, the sucre and aiguardent (esperit de vi) were left to rest.
The resulting product will be of a brownish-brown color, the smell of liquor, the tears of the blood and the final aftertaste of ours with a graduation of 20º.
