Harvest date: August 30.
Fermentation: It was pressed and left to ferment slowly in 225 L French oak barrels. Fermentation was stopped
with alcohol in order to preserve the desired sugar level.
Aging: 13 months in 225 L French, Hungarian and American oak barrels.
Clarification: Light pre-bottling filtration, not clarified
