Aged for 24 months in oak barrels
This is a wine made from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety that comes from different vineyards located in Subirats, a town in Penedés (Barcelona). Different geologies of the land and a Mediterranean influence make the Cabernet express itself very differently in each of them. Each plot is vinified separately, and the task is to create a single wine, a cuvée, RITA & LOLA.
Respectful viticulture and a winemaking process with minimal intervention are other basic aspects in the production of RITA & LOLA. A wine without any make-up.
The presence of authentic, ripe, red and black fruit is a good combination that, with the time spent in French oak for 1 year, and the time spent in the cellar in the bottle, results in a refined, rounded and tasty wine.
In gastronomy, it can help us to pair and have a good time. From cold cuts, salads with crunchy vegetables, grilled or roasted fish and white meats, or even Parisian style sauces.
We recommend serving between 14º-16º and letting it air out for half an hour before serving.
