Terrains: calcareous, with small contributions of clay, silt and gravel.
Cultivation: Organic biodynamic with regenerative agriculture.
After pressing, the wine is kept on its lees for 6 months and finally rests for 4 more months in stainless steel tanks. There is no ageing in barrels to discover the flavour of the grape tannins.
