Wine from a selection of plots cultivated in organic agriculture in Côtes de Provence.
Harvested at night, and maceration at low temperature for a few hours to preserve and reveal all the aromas of this wine. Grenache/Cinsault and Tibouren in equal parts.
Aromas of flowers such as roses. Subtly spiced wine, with hints of curry.
