Cherry red in colour with violet tones, bright and clean. Also notable are aromas of fresh and macerated cherries, black fruit jams, vanilla and soft touches of wood that support the aromatic complexity. Subtle balsamic tones.
In the mouth, notes of a correct acidity with a certain smoothness, good length and permanence.
Serve at a temperature of 15 to 17º.
