70% Macabeu and 30% Parellada
Made from a careful selection, they undergo a second natural and controlled fermentation in isobaric and isothermal tanks, obtaining that sparkling wine.
It is bright, straw yellow in colour with metallic nuances. Very fine bubbles. Aromas of white fruit, flowers and a yeasty background.
Refreshing on the palate, pleasant mid-palate with slight effervescence. The carbonation is very well integrated.
