Bright and intense pale yellow in color.
On the nose, aromas of white fruit are present as well as some citrus notes.
On the palate it is lively and structured. Dry, smooth and very fruity, it refreshes without attacking the palate when taken cold.
We recommend it for ceviche or fish, with aged goat cheese or spring salads.
