This wine is a project started by Roc and Leo Gramona, two very well-trained young men. They are the successor of a generation also dedicated to the production of sparkling wines that are well-known in our country (Cellers Gramona).
The philosophy of these two young men is based on organic and biodynamic viticulture, with minimal intervention of systemic products, and they concentrate all their energy on the vineyard.
