Aged for 4 and a half months in the same barrels used for malolactic fermentation.
The elegant intensity of ripe exotic fruit and fresh citrus stands out. Pleasant toasted notes and hints of dried fruit. A good combination of spices and lactic notes give it a tasty creaminess.
