
Pisco 1615 Acholado revives the passion for excellence of those pisco artisans. It is the meeting point between the ancestral and the modern, giving rise to an exceptional and sophisticated distillate of great quality. It owes its name to the year in which the cultivation of grapes for distillation and production of the first piscos was first recorded, back in 1615. To the eye it is clean, bright and colourless. On the nose we find sweet aromas of fruits such as banana, apple and citrus nuances. On the palate it is warm and with notable notes of apple. A perfect pisco for making Pisco Tonic and Chilcano.
