Mezcal San Cosme is made with 100% Agave of the Espadín variety, cooked in a stone oven and with double distillation.
Its production is small and completely artisanal.

On the nose it gives off notes of cooked agave, caramel and light wood. On the palate it is unctuous, smoky and powerful.
