Aromas of violets and red fruits, typical of the Mataró variety, with a background of almonds, the result of the long aging in the bottle.
Fine bubbles with a smooth mouthfeel, reminiscent of the aromas of red fruits and aromas from long aging in the bottle.
Marked minerality and salinity. Very tasty and persistent.
