Mezcal Alipus San Juan It is a young white mezcal made with agave Angustifolia Haw de Capón from very steep high mountains, which generates less exposure to the sun and no water stagnation.
Double distillation in copper stills, fermented in tall conical oak vats.
It is colourless and clear in colour. It is distinguished by the plant conditions with orange and white soils and long fermentations, which will mark the fruity tones in the flavours.
