The grapes used to make this white wine come from the vineyards of the “Mas Miquel” estate, formerly owned by the monks of the neighbouring Cistercian Monastery of Santes Creus (Tarragona).
The harvest is entirely manual and the grapes are transported to the winery in small boxes to protect the quality of the grapes as much as possible.
The bunches are pressed whole, reserving only the flower must, which we ferment at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic potential of this elegant variety to the maximum.
