Only 748 bottles of this wine are produced. With minimal intervention: it ferments with wild yeasts for 4 weeks and after the fermentation is finished it remains in contact with its own skins for 110 days and is then aged for 6 months in 3-use French oak barrels. It remains for a further 6 months refining in the bottle. Golden in colour with a slight turbidity, aromas of pollen and dried orange peel on a citrus and herbal background. Intense, fresh and round on the palate. Present tannins make it long and deep.
