
Triple-distilled gin with volcanic stone and macerated with Ratafia Russet botanicals , which give it the essence of La Garrotxa, the only one distilled with volcanic stones, pure water from La Garrotxa and from the distillation of local juniper.
TASTING NOTES : Transparent, translucent, clean and bright in appearance, thick and viscous on the glass wall. Elegant and fine on the nose, with notes of compost herbs, wet grass, light citrus, a little sharp but very balsamic and with fine hints of juniper resin. On the palate it is very smooth and unctuous. The entry into the mouth is tasty, delicate and very persistent, with hints of compost spices and juniper. With flavours of other aromatic herbs, a light touch of citrus resins, alcohol with a slight sting, typical of its high alcohol content, very subtle and fine thanks to its good distillation.
