
Aged in barrels for 12 months (70% in French oak barrels and 30% American oak).
The harvest is carried out manually and extends from the beginning of February to the end of April or beginning of May depending on the year.
Fermentation maceration 30 days.
It can be stored for several years. Decant for one hour before drinking. The appropriate temperature for drinking is between 18º C.
Intense aromas of red fruits, with notes of coconut, chocolate and tobacco. On the palate it is fruity, balanced, voluptuous and with soft tannins. Complex and elegant wine with a great finish.
